Steve Sinclair

Steve Sinclair brings more than a decade of experience in clinical trial supply chain management. He has extensive expertise in packaging and labeling oversight, IRT configuration and UAT execution, inventory management, supply chain optimization, demand forecasting, and end-to-end supply chain planning.

Throughout his career, Steve has successfully supported clinical programs across all phases of development, partnering with organizations ranging from emerging biotech startups to global pharmaceutical leaders. He is recognized for delivering strategic, data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure uninterrupted clinical trial supply.

Steve has spent his entire career supporting clinical supply chains. Prior to joining Converge Consulting in 2022, Steve previously worked for Almac’s production and supply chain departments, before moving into the CRO space with Parexel as a supply chain manager. These earlier roles provided Steve with significant hands-on experience, laying the foundation for his deep industry knowledge.

Steve earned his B.S. in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
