Samantha began her career at Cytovance Biologics in 2010, where she built a strong foundation in biologics within a CDMO setting. She continued to grow her expertise at Paragon Bioservices (later Catalent), deepening her involvement in CGT. In 2020, Samantha transitioned into the startup space with Deka Biosciences, gaining valuable Sponsor-side perspective and experience in navigating the dynamic landscape of early-phase drug development.
Her career has been defined by the ability to manage complex, cross-disciplinary projects across diverse therapeutic platforms. Known for her clear communication, organization ability and results-driven mindset, Samantha thrives in collaborative environments that demand both strategic oversight and hands-on problem solving and is recognized for her ability to bridge technical and operational disciplines to deliver successful outcomes
