Gauri Tawdem, MBA

Gauri Tawde is a Life Sciences strategy and operations consultant specializing in supply chain management and operational excellence. She advises clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical organizations on supply chain strategy and planning, commercial launch readiness, business process design and improvement, and program management.

In her current role, Gauri has led end-to-end supply chain strategy and planning initiatives spanning demand and supply planning, inventory management and optimization, pack and label design, and global distribution planning. She has also provided hands-on operational support for the selection, onboarding, and management of suppliers across the United States, Europe, and APAC to ensure uninterrupted global product supply. In addition, she has designed and implemented Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to drive cross-functional alignment on production and supply strategies.

Gauri has led operational excellence initiatives that enable organizations to streamline and optimize core business processes. Her work includes designing operating models that define enhanced processes, roles and responsibilities, governance structures, performance metrics, and technology enablement (e.g., ERP, ABC-Plan, IRT etc.). She also supports change management efforts to drive effective adoption and ensure sustainable process improvements.

She has supported functional strategy development by translating organizational vision into actionable business strategies, capabilities, and operational enablers. Her experience includes leading commercial launch readiness assessments, identifying supply chain risks and mitigation strategies, and developing supply chain roadmaps to support successful product launches.

Gauri holds an MBA from Babson College with a dual specialization in Global Management and Business Analytics. She has earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from IASSC and an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from ASCM.
