Known for his ability to partner seamlessly with scientific, commercial, and executive teams, Eric brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to shaping go-to-market strategies and advancing the missions of companies working to bring transformative therapies to patients.
Upon completing a master’s in biochemistry and a STEM-focused MBA, Eric began his career at a startup pioneering the development of animal-component-free cell culture media leveraging rice-derived recombinant human blood proteins. He later transitioned to Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he served as a Global Marketing Manager in the Biosciences Division, supporting molecular biology, cell biology, and protein portfolios across Thermo Fisher’s global supplier network.
In 2022, Eric joined Cellares to lead the company’s marketing efforts, supporting the launch of the company’s flagship automated cell therapy manufacturing platform, the Cell Shuttle, and the unveiling of the world’s first Integrated Development and Manufacturing Organization (IDMO), designed to reduce cell therapy manufacturing costs and alleviate cell therapy supply bottlenecks. During his time at Cellares, Eric contributed to several major commercial milestones, including a successful series C round of fundraising and a substantive global supply agreement with Bristol Myers Squibb.
